5) Epoxies and epoxy mastics are used extensively for controlling corrosion.
6) There are certain products made by different
companies which convert rust into stable polymer compound and protects the metal from corrosion or rusting.

1) It provides maximum adhesion to steel. It means that it provides maximum rust prevention which is called chemical affinity.
